Mums and Bubs Yoga is for parents/carers and babies. Motherhood is a beautiful time but can be challenging and stressful. This class is designed to help you to reconnect with your body post birth, getting back muscle tone while bonding with your baby. The class brings the opportunity to connect with other mums who are also experiencing the early stages of parenting with their new baby.
Mums benefit by strengthening and stabilising the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles that have been affected by the weight of their pregnant bellies. Stretching movements can help to release tension from your neck, back and shoulders which can get stiff from carrying your baby.
Mums will massage and cuddle their babies which enhance the bonding between them.
The class has a maximum of 8 mums with babies and is suitable post your 6 week check-up and for babies up to 12 months.
