The 200hr BE YOU YOGA YTT course is one of the most comprehensive and rigorous yoga teacher trainings out there, producing top class, confident teachers who are able to consistently instruct well aligned, yet inspiring and creative yoga classes.

This training will first focus on developing your personal Yoga practice, deepening your understanding of Yoga and its history, and introduce you to crucial alignment principles, physical and subtle anatomy, introduction to Ayurveda and much more. You really start to get to know yourself first and love who you are. Then, you will move onto learn how to communicate the skills and knowledge that you have attained, learn how to create uplifting classes and how to offer up these beautiful teachings to others from discovering your own style after a thorough exploration of who you are. There is room for lots of practice and guidance during the exploration of your own yoga teaching style, encouraging to BE YOU and reflect your uniqueness when teaching yoga to others.

Hi, I am Sandra,

Owner of the BE YOU YOGA School and I am a Certified Master Yoga Teacher with a Doctor of Spiritual Science, and I will be your lead teacher in this Yoga Training.

I will meet you where you are, regardless of your level and ability, and take you into your adventure of self-discovery. On occasion, I will engage the help of some subject matter specialist to deepen your experience further, but the vast majority of your training will de directly with me, Sandra Genoveva Taylor.
