YOGA EXPRESS RELAXATION (YER)

A 45 minutes class combining yoga and meditation to relax the body, mind and soul. Perfect for stress relief in the middle of a busy lifestyle.

HATHA YOGA

Daily Group Classes suitable for beginners and regulars. A classical yoga that focuses on balancing the polarity energy in the body by using postures that promote health, strength, flexibility, balance and wellness.

FLOW HATHA YOGA

Daily Group Classes suitable for beginners and regulars. This type of yoga links the movements learned in Hatha Yoga into a flow of movements, adding a cardiovascular component that promotes weight loss while getting all the benefits of Hatha Yoga.

MEDITATION

Daily Meditation Classes to relax the body, calm and centre the mind; and bring connection to your soul or true self.

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA

Mums and Bubs Yoga is for parents/carers and babies. Motherhood is a beautiful time but can be challenging and stressful. This class is designed to help you to reconnect with your body post birth, getting back muscle tone while bonding with your baby. The class brings the opportunity to connect with other mums who are also experiencing the early stages of parenting with their new baby.

Mums benefit by strengthening and stabilising the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles that have been affected by the weight of their pregnant bellies. Stretching movements can help to release tension from your neck, back and shoulders which can get stiff from carrying your baby.

Mums will massage and cuddle their babies which enhance the bonding between them.

The class has a maximum of 8 mums with babies and is suitable post your 6 week check-up and for babies up to 12 months.

YOGA FUN

Yoga Fun for parents/carers and children. Family Yoga at Be You Yoga is a good opportunity for parents to show their children the importance of health, wellbeing and balance. Children are introduced to yoga poses through stories, games and music. Children learn that looking after their body and mind health is fun and rewarding. It is an exciting time for children sharing quality time with one of the most important people in their lives. For the parents and carers, it is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your child while stretching, getting fit, relaxing and strengthening your body.

With a class maximum of 4 couples of parent/carer and child aged 3-12 (only one child per adult), it is like having a private lesson.
