BE YOU YOGA

Daily Group Classes suitable for beginners and regulars. This type of yoga is a combination of different yoga disciplines (such as Classic Hatha, Flow, Kundalini, Yin & Restorative, just to mention a few).

The intention of this practice is to get to know yourself through your body on multidimensional levels so you can discover who you are and know how to help your body and mind to heal and find balance and harmony with your soul.

Daily Meditation Classes to relax the body, calm and centre the mind; and bring connection to your soul or true self.

YOGA EXPRESS RELAXATION (YER)

A 45 minutes class combining yoga and meditation to relax the body, mind and soul. Perfect for stress relief in the middle of a busy lifestyle.

A maximum of 8 students to a class allows the teacher the opportunity to work on your potential.

YOGA MOBILITY AND FLUIDITY

Yoga Mobility and Fluidity for seniors gently promotes mobility and flexibility; keeping the mind and body youthful, balanced and active.
